Alice Auaa

On occasion, one will stumble upon a designer or a shop that just leaves you speechless.  I found Alice Auaa a few days ago, and normally, I would post something like this right away.  This time, it took me days to pour over each item, trying to think of a proper way to articulate how amazing it all is.  The words never came, so instead, here are a few of my favorite pieces.

I seem to recall the store at oione being rad as hell decorwise – tucked away in a corner with a heavy black door and fancy hanging lights.

Oh, you weren’t aware of Alice Auaa? What about Atelier BOZ/Lapin Agill? I like the older stuff better, but they’ve got lots of great twists on the gothic aristocrat style. I like in particular their use of oversized cuffs and buttons, angular collars and bold accents.

I hadn’t been aware! I wish someone had clued me in before!

I love these. Can I order stuff from there? Will they ship to the US? I can’t read anything on their site :(

Oooh I’ve been a fan of theirs for awhile *3*~
(I even bought some thigh highs from them for 90$ a couple years ago because I just couldn’t resist ….)

In response to Kristy, I believe you’d have to use a japanese shopping service to purchase directly from their site. However, items from that brand pop up on closet child (http://www.closet-child.com/ ) fairly often, so if you don’t mind second hand, this site ships overseas :]

I’ve coveted Alice Auaa for years…but I’m poor and can’t bring myself to even buy their lovely arm warmers….
