Ich Bin Ein Berliner
Scherer Gonzales, founded in 2004, is the the brainchild of Constance G. González and Paul Scherer, once classmates at Berlin´s Lette Verein. While Berlin may not yet be a top fashion destination, the city does host an annual fashion week and it’s rising stars are incredibly talented. Over the last ten years, the upcoming fashion industry in Berlin has been deeply influenced not only by memories of the city’s past (the area around Ku’Damm was a hotspot for high-end boutiques when the city was divided, and continues to host the international fashion community), but also by the incredible independent music and booming nightclub scenes that have arisen in the last decade. Cyber goes medieval in Schere Gonzales’ Campaign 2008:

Wow… when I saw that first dress, a noise came out of me that was something between a choir of angels and a dying seagull.
That’s just amazing.
