The Silence of the L.A.M.B.

Since its inception, I’ve sort of ignored Gwen Stefani’s L.A.M.B. collection. I immediately associated it with all that Harajuku cartoon LeSportSac retardation that became all the rage, so I never went looking around to see what it actually had to offer.
Once again, I admit my faults, and humbly apologize.
Pictured above are the Rosebury boots, priced at about $351 (on sale from $520). I want them. I also want my electricity to stay on, so I think I’ll go with these Steve Madden’s for a third of the price instead, or maybe even these at only $14.99.
Now, if you will excuse me, I have recently discovered shoes to fawn over.

these shoes are pretty much perfect. i have a pair with similar structure & detailing from the 1980s, but none of the burgandy & a thicker heel; not nearly as exquisite.

Gwen is crap……..apparently her taste in shoes isn’t.
Those are breathtaking, electricity be damned!

Actually, I prefer the Steve Maddens! Something about the L.A.M.B. ones isn’t working for me.. I think there’s too much going on. The heel is stacked; the toe is shiny, the spat-style piece isn’t, but it’s still a contrast color.. hm. I love the colors though.
What am I talking about. I can’t even wear heels that high and I’m coveting these!
