Stylish Gent Roundup – March 2009
The last few months have seen a nice blend of posts ranging from expensive black leather to affordable casualwear at Stylish Gent, and our staff has grown to four, allowing us to completely cover every aspect of mens fashion. Congratulations! You are now safe to ignore anything beyond Haute Macabre and Stylish Gent, as our powers combined provide a staggering totality of information.

Most items are posted to Stylish Gent because we think at least one our readers should buy them. Others are meant as inspiration for putting together outfits. This item was posted approximately 4 minutes before I purchased it for myself (and yes, I did indeed copy the mannequin and rock it with the bowtie in these fine photos taken by Haute Macabre staff writer Zoetica Ebb).

Military inspired but with a classy touch, AKA half of what we posted in February.
Ayya ninjaboots
These are good for scaling buildings, kicking faces, and propping up on expensive sofas despite the protestations of your host.
Courtenay’s Jacket
This one goes into the “inspiration” category. This was a sample from a line Stylish Gent staff member Courtenay designed. Sadly it did not make it into production. Please rip this off and sell one to me.
The Grumpy Owl’s guide to buying a used suit
Off the rack suits are used as well – they were made to fit the mannequin. Hie thee to thy tailor!
