   That’s actually Gareth Pugh in about half of the photos! (the one with the sunglasses, and the flowery thing on the head, and some others)

   Models.com (this post, specifically: http://models.com/oftheminute/?p=2261) says that the model (at least, in some of the pictures) is some guy named James/Jeanette with Union Models and that the photo is from Arena Homme magazine.
