I’ve been buying military versions of these for the last few years. also vegan friendly (since they’re usually just heavy duty cotton canvas) they’re my favorite – no more question of losing my purse when i put it down to go dance! and if you’re crafty, you can dress ‘em up.

Not too sure about this belt. Looks rather dainty. Since I have a physically demanding job and constantly need the weapons of choice of a gallery assistant on my body (scissors, tape dispenser, cutter, tape measure, frame samples, phone, change, receipt book, spare brains) I've started a little collection of actual utility belts. The one above seem more like a make-up belt. I can totally recommend the belts sold at Gekko in Camden. The shop is a bit hippiesque, but their belts are glorious and the staff super sweet! Heavy duty canvas belts for vegans are available as well. Weeeee! (Moskitoo in Switzerland is great too, btw)
