Skin Graft Spring

Skin Graft was kind enough to invite Haute Macabre to its recent runway show of the Spring / Summer ’10 collection. The majority of the line was a bit more user-friendly and wearable than usual, but the couture pieces still delivered the post-apocalyptic leather and frills that we’ve come to expect.

More after the beep.

We weren’t expecting bright blue, either.

Beautiful layer cake dresses. I’m digging most of it. Wish there was a good place to wear those gigantic mask/headpieces.
The menswear is also delicious. Though I keep thinking that long-hair guy is Anthony Kiedis.

I like that they’re establishing their own “classics” while introducing new looks. Those ruffle skirts are a delight! Their simpler pieces also excite me.
