The Boys of Summer

As a follow up to yesterday’s Rick Owen’s women’s Spring / Summer ‘10 line, here are some images from the men’s runway show. Again, Rick incorporated his trademark hard angles and elongated edges, throwing in leather and light fabrics with – oddly enough – denim.

I honestly never thought I’d see blue denim on his runways, but I am pleasantly surprised by the designs. I’ll still take his leather over blue jeans any day, though.

More images after the jump!

It’s hard to pick a favorite look, but mine would be the first one. I really like how the shirt enhanced the model’s gorgeous, slender figure. I like it when men’s fashion emphasizes the silhouette like that.
The skirts and are really cool too! See, men? Those guys are in skirts and they do look manly! >:O
Oh, if only I could get my boyfriend to wear stuff like that… I can only dream XD
