Long Live McQueen
Images of final Pre-Fall 2010 collection designed by the late Lee Alexander McQueen has been released, and it is no less visionary than anything else he ever put out. The label shall live on without him, but his final pieces were every bit as stunning as we have come to expect.

actually, his final presentation is showing March 9 and 10 in Paris for Fall 2010. So we have one more collection to look forward to once the photos are released!

Perfect, no sloppy drapeing, unflattering baby doll cuts or tackey miss matched patters and colors, just beautiful,elegant, structured garments. <3
He's one of the few designers whos runway stuff I'd actually wear.

Rae, that is awesome news! I knew h was still having a FW show, but wasn’t sure if this was a preview for the collection. I’m so glad we still have that to look forward to!

actually, they cancelled his show. there’s just going to be a memorial instead. that’s why they released the pictures. but this collection is phenomenal. long live mcqueen indeed.

All of it is gorgeous but i really need McQueen_PreFall2010_19. I know I wont be able to afford any of these pieces but one can dream.
Breaks my heart that this is the last of his creations.

The red/orange print is phenomenal. I love that he carried over that style of print from the Plato’s Atlantis collection.
