I can vouch for the translation; she is definitely saying ‘Mom, can you hear me?’ ‘Dad, can you hear me?’ It sounds like she’s asking where she, or they, are.

Apparently she’s saying something along the lines of “Mommy, Daddy, can you hear me?”
