Love their stuff – found them first in Camden, then I happened to be in Bali for work, and was carrying around my computer stuff in the re-usable bag they had given me in the UK, and one of the ladies I was working with said, “hey, you know they have a shop here too!” – sure enough, in Seminyak they have a HUGE store, and I got like 8 items on sale for what I paid for one shirt in the UK. Need to go back to Bali

Just as a word of warning, whilst I do love the Psylo clothing they are a little lacking in the customer services department. My other half ordered me an item from their website for Christmas, when it arrived it clearly wasn’t as represented so emailed them to organise a return and refund. He was then told by Psylo that they do not offer refunds and would only exchange the item for another size, despite this being against British distance selling laws. He had to direct their customer service rep to the trading standards website and explain that they had to issue a refund by law, which they begrudingly did 3 weeks after he returned the item. Not a great experience I have to say, and one which has put me off buying from them again.
I’ve just had a quick look and their site also still states no refunds issued, despite the fact they obviously now know this is against the law. Shame.
