Cut It Out

It’s that time of year when the heat is on, and T-shirts start to sound pretty darn comfy. Now, if only they were a bit more stylish… like that sexy, sexy Haute Macabre Men’s T-Shirt LeEvil is modeling above. Here’s a secret- we didn’t really make those for the guys. In fact, we briefly considered sending them out with a complimentary pair of scissors, but our lawyers advised us against it. You know. In case there were…accidents.
Some folks are naturally gifted with the ability to snip and tie any old band T into a nifty new frock in ten minutes, possibly while navigating the freeway at 5 o’clock. If, however, you aren’t one of them, there is still hope. The internet is full of tutorials (try the T-Shirt Surgery group on LJ), and a number of great books on the subject have come out in recent years. They will lead you step-by-step through the process of converting your ex’s favorite shirt into everything from a bikini to a handbag. A few suggestions to get you started:

Splendid! Of course, it is helpful if you are a beautiful redhead like your model. Dig the way the shirt shows off her body art.
