The answer is Irish Milliner Philip Treacy , who’s work has popped up on runways for Alexander McQueen and Karl Lagerfeld.

  3. For one of my first modeling gigs are age 16, I wore a Philip Treacy hat provided by the designer — I had no idea of his significance back then, and now I adore his work. For shame…
