How To: Tie a Scarf
Unless you’ve been hiding under a rock (or in Hawaii) for the last couple of years, you’ve probably noticed that scarves are really, really in. Which is great, because they keep you warm, you can wear them with everything, and they are a super-versatile piece of clothing that you can get dozens of looks out of. Unless, of course, you are me, and learned everything you know about scarf tying from Tom Baker in the late 70s.
Thank Heavens for the internet!

Just between you and me (and dozens of strangers), I really appreciate this post — I’m scarf-inept. I have loads of scarves, and usually just wrap them over my neck and hair and give up. lol

Ah Tom Baker
Now there’s a man with a scarf!
Actually in regards to men in pop culture shows – I rather like the scarf worn by Sherlock Holmes in the BBC Sherlock series.

There is a video on Youtube on how to tie a scarf 50 ways, I think. Or maybe it was 35? I watched it last spring or so so I don’t remember XD

I have always felt super awkward wearing scarfs. I like the way the man looks in the last photo.

Ha! Tom Baker! My scarf hero. Though of course my comically long scarf was black and white, as I feared color back in the day.

I’ve been obsessed with The Scarf Queen for awhile. Does this mean I’m not the only one drooling over that McQueen with the pearl design?
