Stylist Lily Gatins of le Report is one of those people who crops up in street style pictures, magazines, and blogs now and then, and always impresses me with the consistency and quality of her personal style. Beyond that, I don’t know too much about her, but I’ll add her to the ranks of the Haute Macabre Approved anyhow.
