Oh, oh! These are really wonderful! And apparently she will be posting a tutorial soon, so we should all (hopefully) be able to figure it out as well.
Tattoo paper is used for making temporary tattoos. You can print anything you want on your own personal printer. I’m assuming she did that and used it as a nail decal.
