Haute Macabre is putting together our very first event, and we would like YOU to be a part of it!  We will be curating and hosting an art exhibit at one of our favorite haunts, The Chaos Gallery in the Museum of Death in Hollywood, CA!  The show will be running throughout the month of December, and we will be having an opening night gala!

We are under the assumption that all of you are hideously talented artists and photographers, and want to see what you’ve got.  We want to see your painting, photography, collages, etc.  We are NOT accepting clothing or accessories for this, but fine art.  The theme is, as you have probably guessed, Haute Macabre : dark, spooky, the usual.

How Do You Submit?

Please send JPEGs at 5MP or smaller to info [at] hautemacabre [dot] com

Please include :

The physical dimensions of the piece (including framing)
Your name, email, and telephone number
The title of the piece
Type of Media (painting, photograph, etc.)

Please keep in mind that if your art is selected for showing, you must be able to provide it framed and ready to hang, and cover any shipping costs yourself.

The deadline for submissions is Saturday, October 31, 2009!
