it’s hard to resist a bathroom mirror selfie

What I saw:

a bat in my window resting for the day. we aren’t sure how it got in there between the screen and the glass, but were able to lift the screen a few inches without disturbing it so it had an easy exit when it woke up. i got absolutely nothing done between the time i woke up to about 430p when it flapped off other than paparazzi at it all day.

What I watched:

desperately trying to find the time to catch up on the new season of love island.

What I bought:

three dresses on depop that have not arrived yet, an albino monstera - i refrained from the very expensive large sized plant and came home with the expensive medium sized plant, black baccara rose bushes that bloomed in time to offer to the agathos daimon, half magic euphoria palette full of sparkling shades that i love but need a primer for.

i dont think i will ever stop buying collared dresses.

What I read:

eight months in on my stephen king streak: recently, eyes of the dragon & the dark tower 1-2-and halfway through 3. I take binging very seriously.

What I did:

it was my birthday earlier this month, so to celebrate i visited the vampa museum & did an overnight ghost hunt at pennhurst asylum. both were great, but the ghost hunt was amazing.

Best meal:

birthday lasagna, caesar salad, & truffle fries girl dinner from monster vegan, eaten off of my very fancy formal dinnerware that i have been collecting. i am vegan and the virgo is not, as evidenced by the meat roll on his plate, but we both got fries that night.
